This relaxed evening event is your opportunity to connect with fellow creatives from across the region and hear from four of our inaugural Creatives in Residence as they share stories from their creative journeys, where they’ve been, what drives their work, and where they’re heading next.
The Create Growth Programme supports creative businesses to scale and thrive. This event brings our creative community together to celebrate ambition, share ideas, and spark meaningful new connections.
Meet the Creatives in Residence
Emma Chippendale – Multidisciplinary Artist and Designer
Emma combines photography, printmaking, set design, and digital art to explore our relationship with nature and place. Her work includes large-scale installations for Stokes and Charlotte House and collaborations with Doddington Hall and Arts Council England.
Rachael Audrey Clark-Harris (RACH) – Mosaic Artist, Designer, and Singer
With a background in fashion and illustration for global brands including Disney and Nickelodeon, Rachael now focuses on mosaic art, exploring mental health and storytelling. She’s also a performer and community arts facilitator.
Sam Atkins FRSA – Analogue Photographer
A passionate advocate for sustainability, Sam blends photography, film, and sound to document memory and community. He brings 30 years of broadcast media experience, including work with BBC and Channel 4.
Nick Moffatt – Illustrator and Storyteller
Nick has illustrated over 20 children’s books and worked with clients like BBC, Lego, and The Guardian. His recent work includes a 200-page graphic novel and an MA in Illustration, with commendation from the World Illustration Awards.
