About the Speaker
Dewi Hughes is the Founder and Managing Director of Silverlock Tenders, one of the Midlands’ leading tender writing companies. Prior to founding Silverlock in 2009, Dewi spent 21 years working in Government (DTI and GOEM). His roles included:
- 12 years appraising bids for government funding
- 4 years writing for more than 50 government ministers
- 4 years managing large-scale, European-funded projects
- 2 years managing Freedom of Information work
Dewi is also qualified with the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) and CIPD as a trainer.
