Gill Thewlis has coached, mentored, and advised over 200 high-growth startups, SMEs, and arts organisations on long-term business strategy, enterprise development, business planning, and financial awareness. She has executive coached more than 150 directors and senior managers, achieving significant performance improvements and promotions. She has a banking background and also a design degree.
