Strategy in a Box is the second workshop in the Impact Booster Programme, a fully funded initiative helping small charities, community groups, and social enterprises in South Kesteven build resilience and plan for sustainable growth.
Delivered by Harlaxton College in partnership with South Kesteven District Council, the programme blends interactive workshops, online sessions, and one-to-one mentoring to strengthen strategy, funding, and impact.
In this session, you’ll learn how to:
- Build a strong, sustainable business model using the Business Model Canvas
- Refine your value proposition and income streams
- Develop practical strategies using Theory of Change and logic models
- Measure and communicate your social impact effectively
