The Barbican Creative Hub is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead on brand development, audience engagement, and strategic communications as we prepare to launch in Spring 2025.
About the Role
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy
- Leading PR, social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns
- Managing the website, brand identity, and audience engagement strategies
- Establishing a CRM system to support membership, fundraising, and stakeholder relations
- Working closely with external PR agencies and the University of Lincoln’s Communications Team
- Using data-driven insights to shape engagement strategies
This is a high-impact role, providing an opportunity to shape the public profile of a new cultural space that will support Lincolnshire’s Creative Industries.
