Marketing Manager – Barbican Creative Hub

The Barbican Creative Hub is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead on brand development, audience engagement, and strategic communications as we prepare to launch in Spring 2025.

About the Role

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy
  • Leading PR, social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns
  • Managing the website, brand identity, and audience engagement strategies
  • Establishing a CRM system to support membership, fundraising, and stakeholder relations
  • Working closely with external PR agencies and the University of Lincoln’s Communications Team
  • Using data-driven insights to shape engagement strategies

This is a high-impact role, providing an opportunity to shape the public profile of a new cultural space that will support Lincolnshire’s Creative Industries.

We are seeking a strategic, proactive, and creative marketing professional with:

  • Experience in marketing, PR, and digital communications
  • A background in audience engagement, branding, or membership growth
  • Strong project management skills and stakeholder relationship expertise
  • A passion for arts, culture, and creative sector marketing
